Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are in progress. Please double-check your order details, including text, design, colors, and size, before submitting.

We strive for high-quality production and customer satisfaction. However, since all items are personalized, returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or delivery errors. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with a photo and order ID for evaluation.
